Exchange & Return Policy

At Fioure, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great care to inspect and package every item, providing detailed photos and videos of your order prior to shipping. Once confirmed by the customer, the order is considered final.

3-Day Claim & Exchange Window

All claims, refunds, exchanges, and chargebacks must be initiated within 3 days of the parcel delivery date. After this 3-day period, Fioure Pakistan will not entertain any requests for returns, exchanges, refunds, or chargebacks under any circumstances.

Damaged or Faulty Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or faulty item, you may request an exchange within the 3-day window.

  • Requirements: Provide order details and clear photos/videos of the issue. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with tags intact.

  • Resolution: Exchanges are limited to the same or a similar item (subject to stock). Courier charges for the exchange are the customer’s responsibility.


Key Restrictions

  • No "Change of Mind": Because we share images/videos before dispatch, no exchanges or returns are accepted for change of mind, size, or material preferences once the customer confirms the order.

  • Non-Exchangeable Items: Customized or personalized items are strictly non-exchangeable.

  • Finality of Returns: Fioure does not offer returns or refunds outside of the initial 3-day window for verified faults.
