Damaged or Faulty Items: We take great care in packaging and handling all of our products. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us via WhatsApp as soon as possible. We will gladly assist you with an exchange for the same product or an alternative, depending on your preference and stock availability. Please note that all exchange requests for damaged or faulty items should be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges for Size, Quality, or Material Concerns: If you are not completely satisfied with the size, quality, or material of your product, we offer the option to exchange the item for another product available in our store. To initiate an exchange, please reach out to our customer support team via WhatsApp or email with your order details. Your item must be returned in its original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Kindly note that exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

Exchange Process: Once we receive your exchange request, we will guide you through the process. The customer will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item. If the price of the new product is higher than the original, the customer will be required to pay the difference. Conversely, if the new product is of lesser value, the customer will receive a store credit or refund for the difference.
