Fioure Exchange Policy

1. No Refund or Return Policy

Fioure has a strict no refund or return policy. Once an order is placed and fulfilled, we do not offer refunds or accept returns for any reason, except as outlined in our exchange policy below.

3-Day Claim & Exchange Window

All claims, refunds, exchanges, and chargebacks must be initiated within 3 days of the parcel delivery date. After this 3-day period, Fioure Pakistan will not entertain any requests for returns, exchanges, refunds, or chargebacks under any circumstances.

 

2. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges within 3 days of delivery only under the following circumstances:

  • Wrong Product Delivered: If you receive a product that differs from what you ordered.

  • Damaged Product: If the product arrives damaged or defective.

To be eligible for an exchange, you must:

  • Notify us within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • Provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

  • Provide photos or evidence of the wrong or damaged product.

4. Exchange Process

5. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence.

  • Products without proof of purchase.

  • Products not reported within 3 days of delivery.
